As a sex-positive, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, I provide my clients a safe, non-judgmental space to explore sexual desires and challenges, heal from past uncomfortable experiences and traumas, and foster acceptance and confidence in their sexual selves. Together, we celebrate sexuality as a beautiful and integral part of personal well-being and relationships.
With Brainspotting, I help clients heal from trauma by targeting the brain's natural ability to process and release emotional pain. This technique allows for deep, focused processing with the possibility of significant emotional and psychological healing. Clients regain peace and tranquility, finding relief from past traumas and reclaiming their lives with renewed clarity and strength.
