Not sure what to expect once you hit send? Here's how it works:
Once I receive your message, I'll follow up with a brief response and walk you through getting your file set up in my secure client portal. From there, you'll be able to complete your intake paperwork and request your first appointment at a time that works for you.
First sessions are low-pressure — they're about getting comfortable, giving me some context, and figuring out together where to start. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.

In-person sessions are available in New Hope, Minnesota only. Telehealth is available across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
